Janice has always maintained a keen interest in the property market and, having moved home several times herself, understands both the excitement and the pressures that can come with finding the right property.

Her core areas of expertise are Rayleigh, Basildon, Southend and the surrounding areas. Janice’s local knowledge is second to none, having lived and worked across these locations over the years, while also raising children who attended local schools and colleges.
