Two years later, the day after leaving secondary school, he joined as a trainee negotiator, quickly developing a passion for the industry while naturally excelling in client rapport, service, and delivering on promises-qualities he proudly attributes to his mother.

Now, as an Assistant Sales Progressor, Jayden works alongside Lenny, ensuring AQ's sales progression process runs smoothly for buyers and sellers alike. Together, they strengthen the back-end operations, assisting solicitors with complex cases and keeping transactions on track.
