With over 14 years of experience in estate agency, Nicola has worked across a wide range of roles, but her true expertise lies in lettings. She has an in-depth understanding of every aspect of the lettings process, from tenancy progression to property management, and brings a wealth of knowledge around compliance, legislation, and best practice.

Nicola now heads up our Lettings department at AQ, where her strong eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills ensure everything runs smoothly and by the book. She fully understands how critical it is to remain compliant with ever-changing laws and regulations, something she handles with confidence and precision.

Alongside leading the Lettings arm of the business, Nicola also supports broader operations within AQ, bringing structure, clarity, and a calm, focused approach to everything she does.
